Room rates are tax-exclusive* and include a Moroccan breakfast.  They include double occupancy for a maximum of two adults per room per night.  Additional guests are billed at 35€ per person per night.  Children under age 12 stay free of charge provided they share their parents’ room.

Airport transfers can be organized for an additional 15€ per transfer for two persons and 20€ for more passengers.

*These prices are exclusive of the daily tourist tax of 20 dirhams or approximately 2€ per person per night which is billed in addition.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

A deposit of 50% of total costs is due to guarantee the reservation.  Paid by wire transfer, visa card or in cash by Western Union, its payment shall be considered as acceptance of the present terms and conditions.  All outstanding sums due will be paid in cash on-site.  We accept all major international currencies. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

For cancellations notified 30 days before arrival, 30% of the total amount due will be withheld and 100% for those notified 15 days before arrival.

Riad ZEN HOUSE’s breakfasts offer an impressive variety of local specialties such as stuffed crêpes, local home-made breads and cakes, various kinds of honey such as orange flower or eucalyptus and jams such as fig jam.

Lunch and dinner meals are served at Riad ZEN HOUSE upon request at the rate of 20€ per person per 3-course meal.

Sample menus include :  A variety of Moroccan salads, tagines, tanjias, couscous or sefa, harira or other traditional soups, meat or fish pastilla, charcoal grilled meats including the traditional mechoui.  For desert, we invite you to savor wonderful Oriental pastries, homemade yagourt, cakes or refreshing fruit salads, all prepared with biologically grown ingredients.

Meals are served from:
8 - 10 am: Breakfast
12 – 3 pm: Lunch
7 – 10 pm: Dinner
